1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the OC Mobile Dog Grooming website at ocmobiledoggrooming.com, the phone numbers shown on it, and the messages we send about your request. The site is operated by OC Mobile Dog Grooming ("we", "us", or "our").
By using the site, calling a number on it, or submitting the quote form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. We are a referral service
OC Mobile Dog Grooming is an independent referral service. We connect dog owners in Orange County, California with local, independently owned grooming professionals. We do not groom dogs, we do not employ groomers, and we do not have a location where grooming takes place.
When you submit a quote request or call a number on the site, we pass your request to the groomer who covers your area, or forward your call to them. The groomer then contacts you, or speaks with you directly, to quote and schedule the work.
The site is free for dog owners. Groomers pay us for referrals. That payment does not change the price the groomer quotes you.
3. Groomers are independent businesses
Every groomer we refer you to is an independent business. They are not our employees, agents, or partners in any legal sense. We do not control and are not responsible for:
- their scheduling or availability
- their prices, fees, deposits, or cancellation policies
- their methods, products, equipment, or handling of your dog
- the results of any grooming
- whether they hold any particular license, permit, or insurance
We do not guarantee that a groomer will be available in your area, that a groomer will contact you within any particular time, that a groomer will accept your dog, or that you will be satisfied with the outcome. You are responsible for deciding whether a groomer is right for you and your dog. We encourage you to ask your groomer about their experience, their policies, and how they handle any concerns about your dog's health or behavior.
4. Your agreement is with the groomer
Any agreement for grooming services, including price, timing, payment, cancellations, refunds, and any waivers or forms, is between you and the groomer. We are not a party to that agreement. If you have a question or complaint about a grooming appointment, please take it up with the groomer directly. We are happy to hear about your experience at [email protected], but we cannot resolve disputes between you and a groomer, issue refunds, or pay claims on a groomer's behalf.
5. Information on the site is general, not a quote
Everything on this site, including articles, grooming schedules, and price ranges, is general information. Price ranges are typical ranges in Orange County, shown so you have a rough idea before you ask. They are not a quote, an offer, or a promise. Only the groomer can give you a price, and they confirm it after learning about your dog's size, breed, coat condition, and temperament.
Nothing on the site is veterinary advice. If your dog has a skin condition, injury, or health concern, please talk with your veterinarian.
We try to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is complete, correct, or up to date.
6. Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a quote request or otherwise use the site to arrange grooming. By using the site, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are the owner of the dog, or have the owner's permission to arrange grooming for it.
7. Using the site responsibly
When you use the site, you agree to:
- give true and accurate information, including your own name and a phone number you are allowed to use
- submit requests only for real grooming needs, not to test, harass, or waste a groomer's time
- not submit someone else's contact information without their permission
- not use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to submit forms, call numbers, or copy content from the site
- not try to get around the site's spam protection, rate limits, or security
- not interfere with the site, its servers, or the phone numbers on it
- not use the site for anything unlawful
We may block submissions, calls, or access from anyone who breaks these rules, and we may decline to pass along any request.
8. Contact by phone, text, and email
If you check the consent box on the quote form, you agree that we and the groomer we refer you to may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your request, as described in the consent wording and in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email [email protected]. Calls to numbers on the site may be recorded, and a notice plays at the start of the call when they are.
9. Site content
The text, design, and other content on the site belong to OC Mobile Dog Grooming or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or sell the content without our written permission.
10. No warranties
We provide the site and the referral service "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes any warranty that the site will always be available or error-free, that a groomer will be available, or that any grooming will meet your expectations. It also includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limits on our liability
In plain terms: we make introductions. We are not responsible for what happens during or after grooming, because we do not perform it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, OC Mobile Dog Grooming and its owners and contractors are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss involving your dog, any damage to property, or any other claim that arises from services a groomer provides or fails to provide. We are also not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost time or lost money, arising from your use of the site.
If we are found liable for anything despite these limits, our total liability to you is limited to $100. The site is free to you, and these limits are part of what allows us to offer it that way.
Some laws do not allow certain limits on liability. Where that is the case, these limits apply only as far as the law permits.
12. Your responsibility to us
If you break these Terms or the law in using the site, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, including reasonable attorney fees, to the extent the law allows.
13. Governing law and where disputes are heard
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Other terms
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and us about the site.
15. Changes to these terms and how to contact us
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Changes apply from the date they are posted. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated Terms.
